#163 Olive form

In 2016 we had a wonderful tour in Spain. We spent several nights in an amazing B&B in Montefrio near Granada surrounded by olive groves as far as the eye could see. I noticed a large pile of olive wood ready for burning and was allowed by the proprietor to pick out a few bits - we filled the back of the car and brought it back!
The wood was extremely dry and so very hard. This is the only hollow form I attempted; it has very interesting grain and splits and was very hard work!
