#277 & 276 yew pair
All the bowls and vessels I turn are unique; mainly because I try to make the best of the piece of wood I have - but also because my skill is insufficient to achieve more discipline.
So i decided in this case to try to make two exactly the same using two pieces of yew from the same log. It took a lot of concentration to shape and hollow the two to have the same height, width and thickness. I was quite pleased with the exercise!
